Admar SCR SA is a Private Equity Company founded in 2020, led by Pedro Carvalho de Almeida, Lourenço Carvalho de Almeida, and João Cota Dias. From a traditional family office into an investment firm and fund manager for third-party Investors, Admar aims to attract investors through Private Equity Funds, allowing international investors to access a diversified investment portfolio and a significant pipeline of new opportunities. These private equity funds give our firm the dimension to invest in high-potential projects that we identified and studied in a structured and professional manner. Furthermore, Admar’s strict Governance and Compliance rules are key to create a trusting relationship between entrepreneurs, businessmen, and investors. Our team is led by seasoned professionals who have successfully navigated all stages of the investment cycle. Currently managing some funds, Admar team has invested in more than 100 companies over the last 20 years.
